Restaurant FORZA QK offers a fresh and unusual combination of traditional Montenegrin cuisine and a contemporary approach to preparing and serving local delicacies.

 

Modern FORZA QK concept delivers a unique and diverse experience based on preparing food in front of the guest at various stations in the first part of the restaurant, such as:

Bakery – which offers homemade croissants, both salty and sweet, various homemade pies, ciabatta with homemade olives and sun-dried tomatoes, various types of sandwiches with homemade bread and homemade cured meat products

Patisserie – contains a large selection of hand-made ice creams with toppings inspired by various fruits and aromatic plants, as well as pancakes, a large assortment of hand-made cakes and cookies, and various types of homemade sweet pies and famous “bureks”

Healthy Corner – contains a unique offer of fresh salads, as well as a selection of low-calorie salads with seafood, tuna, chicken, turkey, and beef

Pizza Corner and Balkan grill – the hand-made Italian specialties with local ingredients, as well as a large and wide range of local specialties from the grill

The second part of the restaurant is dedicated to the first class service based on 3-5-7 courses accompanied by the appropriate high-ranking wines, as well as a selection from the A la Carte menu that includes a selection of 6 starters and 6 main dishes, followed by 6 desserts made in a local manner, from the ingredients of the highest quality.
